We at Creative Woodworx SA understand that this might be your first time shopping online & we want to make it as Safe as we can while making it Fun & at the same time, making sure what you see Online is what you really want in person whether its something custom made or one of our many IN Stock Items, we want you to have complete Peace of Mind, so ask us 1 Question or even 10 Questions & we would be happy to answer them for you.
Can you custom make something for me?
Yes, we can in most cases for example – see a headboard you like on Pinterest but can’t find it locally? Send us the picture & we will recreate it for you.
One of my cupboard doors keeps coming off the hinges, can you fix this?
Yes, we charge a small call-out fee & labour rate & we will arrange one of our staff members to come to you. (Currently servicing in & around Durban)
Does Creative Woodworx offer delivery &/or collection services?
Yes, please send your address to us (collection for restoration or reupholstery or repairs currently only in Durban)
Do you offer refunds or returns?
Only if it is one of our standard stock items, nothing custom made can be returned as we have made it especially for you, if there is a problem with the item then we will repair it according to our standards within our warranty period.
What if I am not happy with something?
Contact us IMMEDIATELY & send us pictures of the problem – the sooner the better

Delivery Options & Guidelines
Pick Out a Space For Your New Furniture
Make sure you have adequate space for the new product that you order from us – if in doubt, please contact us.
Measure Twice & Measure Again!
Always a good idea to check measurements more than once – better still if you can send us a rough diagram with measurements.
Clear a Path for Your Delivery
Please make sure there are no obstacles when the delivery team arrives as most items are either bulky or heavy. Also make sure pets &/or children are safe.
Ensure Entry Access For Your Delivery
If you live in a complex or an estate, please send us the Entry Code first thing that morning of the delivery. Also make sure someone is available to let us in & we require their cellphone number as well.
